What we collect
- Account data: username, email address and password (stored hashed).
- Listing data: everything you submit about your community, including uploaded images.
- Usage data: anonymous view and join counts per listing, and standard server logs.
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you opt in and confirm by email.
How we use it
To run your account, publish and moderate listings, send service emails (verification, password resets, listing status) and, with your consent, the newsletter. We do not sell your personal data.
Service emails are required to use your account. Marketing email is separate and needs your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Processors
We use a hosting provider, a content delivery network and an email delivery service to run the Service. They process data only on our instructions.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and listings at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us through the contact form.
