1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of VG Communities (the “Service”). By creating an account or submitting a listing you agree to them.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Listing Guidelines.
3. Listings and content
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and promote it on the Service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including banners, logos and screenshots.
4. Moderation
We review listings before publication and may edit, reject or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that break the Listing Guidelines.
5. Third-party communities
Communities listed on the Service are run by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, rules or conduct. Join them at your own discretion.
6. Paid features
Optional paid features, such as featured placement, are described at the point of purchase. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once the feature is active.
7. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email.
